Tarsal- touch the tarsals(Ankle) with both hands

Tibia- touch the tibias (Shins) with both hands

Fibula- touch the fibulas (Calves) with both hands

Patella- touch the patellas (Knees) with both hands

Femur- touch the femurs (Thighs) with both hands

Pelvis- touch the pelvis (Hips) with both hands

Rib Cage- touch the ribs (sides of belly) with both hands

And Sternum- touch the sternum (center of chest) with both hands

Carpal- touch the carpal bones (In your wrist) with your other hand

Ulna- touch the outer side (the under side of your lower arm by your pinky) with your hand.

Radius- touch the inner part ( the top part of your lower arm by your thumb) with your hand

Humerus- Cross arms over chest (touch tops of both arms).

Oh, My Cranium- touch both hands to your head (do a slight head roll)
